LEASING BROKER NEEDS LEADS
|
MY BUSINESS IS EQUIPMENT LEASING
Equipment leasing is the way most businesses chose to finance one or more of their equipment purchases. Whether it be for a copier, computer network, printing press, milling machine, office furnishings, or a fleet of trucks, equipment leasing makes it happen, time and again, all across America.
Equipment leasing is widely considered an excellent alternative to bank financing and generally regarded as an expansion of a company's ability to borrow. Leasing exists because it is a practical solution.
HERE ARE SOME AWESOME STATISTICS....
OVER EIGHTY PERCENT OF ALL U.S. BUSINESSES LEASE ALL OR PART OF THEIR CAPITAL EQUIPMENT.
OVER $ 259 BILLION IN EQUIPMENT LEASES ARE WRITTEN EACH YEAR.
OVER 70% OF FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES LEASE THEIR CAPITAL EQUIPMENT.

WORK AT HOME TELEMARKETING
|
YOUR HOME TELEMARKETING SERVICE will contract with us to provide leads on businesses in your local calling area that are looking to purchase equipment in the near future and would consider leasing as a financing alternative.
We do not recommend calls outside your tollfree zone. We recommend that you first start local, then expand later as your cash flow improves. Find out exactly from your local company the free calling prefixes for your home. Since no one knows what success you will have, why not have your efforts only cost you the time invested, and no hard cash. Later, with a deal under your belt, you can budget in some long distance.
WITH LONG DISTANCE RATES running between .07 and .10, your calls in the future won't set you back too much. The average call takes between 30 sec. and 1 minute, so if you're paying long distance you can see that it will cost you up to $15 per day.
The equipment leasing brokering business operates much like a real estate broker, with agents receiving a commission from any leases they bring to the house.
Typically, a person will start as a telemarketing representative (the position being offered herein), and move up to full agent once their familiarity with the industry terminology has grown, and they have proven they can bring a customer to the "close" at the lease signing stage. The yearly earning potential for a full time, hard working leasing agent is between $45,000 and $80,000.
TELEMARKETING PAY throughout the leasing industry historically ranges from $8 to $14 plus some form of bonus, for an inside staffer. It is possible make a lot of money if one doesn't get soft. You will get about 15-20% return business the next year, especially if you factor in your vendor accounts who keep on sending you customers. If you add return business to your standard work ethic, you can easily reach the $50,000 range.
LETS FACE IT, Telemarketing is not a glamour career, or else I wouldn't be trying to find people to do it for me. The difference with telemarketing for me is that I'm willing to pay you very well to do it. NO ONE IN THE LEASING INDUSTRY PAYS 25% OF THE GROSS MARGIN FOR TELEMARKETING LEADS. If you can only put in a few hours a day and need to work out of your home, it could be easily earn you a respectable income.
SOME OF YOU will someday want to become brokers, and have telemarketers feeding you leads. I have no problem with this ambition, as I will still make a small residual on your broker business.
Whatever your ambitions now or future, Equipment Leasing is a great place to start, earn great commissions, and learn a career that you can depend on to bring in the dough. Done right, it will reward you immensely.

OUR COMMISSION STRUCTURE
|
HOW OUR COMMISSIONS ARE FIGURED!
To use the auto industry as an example. The auto finance company earns a predetermined amount for the processing and funding of every auto they finance. The interest rate you pay is revealed in the documents. Large auto finance houses package thousands of car loans deals together, based on the credit rating of the customer, and sell these large packages in bulk to a bank or other financial institution at a rate that leaves them a "margin" of profit.
The difference between what the package buying bank pays them and the amount the funding of these deals originally cost including the time value cost of the loan to date is called the "gross margin". Loan Brokers get paid a commission based on a percentage of the "gross margin".
OUR COMMISSION STRUCTURE IS SIMILAR.
The following job descriptions allow you to understand our proportionate commission earned (against "gross margin"), based upon your level of experience, ability, and responsibility.
LEASING TELEMARKETER 25% COMMISSION
A. Telemarketing or personal contact with a customer/vendor, with the results of achieving a credit application submission for a lease.
LEASING BROKER 40% COMMISSION
B. Requests and coordinates credit or financial information, and performance issues, through to final lease documents signature, and follow up issues.
C. Requests and coordinates credit or financial information, and performance issues, through to final lease documents signature, and follow up issues.
HERE'S A COMMISSION EXAMPLE...
Lets put this opportunity into perspective. I'm sure you're asking just exactly how much you might earn in a typical deal.
IF A $50,000 LEASE GENERATES 5% GROSS MARGIN - $2500, YOUR SHARE WOULD BE 25% OR $625.
It takes about 150 calls to get one lead. Of five leads let's say I could close 2 or 3, more, depending on how stiff the competition is or if the customer is "shopping" the deal, or, if their credit profile sucks. So, that's minimally two out of five deals times $625. You could wind up earning $1,250 for a week's work.
LIFE SHOULD BE THIS SIMPLE.
The above numbers are just an example. Sometimes you'll go for 2 weeks without a deal, and then you'll score 3 in a day. Sometimes the deals will be for $10,000, sometimes $100,000 or $200,000. Do the math! This is a great deal.
